Public business information

Your website
The website review considers:
- clarity of the business and its services;
- navigation and page organization;
- mobile usability;
- contact paths and calls to action;
- trust presentation;
- basic accessibility observations;

Google Business Profile
When applicable, the review considers publicly visible information such as:
- business presentation and completeness;
- services and business details;
- photos;
- reviews and owner responses;
- consistency with the website and other public listings.
Search results, listings, and social profiles
The review includes a reasonable sample of prominent search results, directories, social profiles, and industry listings that may influence how prospective customers find and evaluate the business.
It is not an exhaustive investigation of every directory or historical listing.
Reviews and reputation presentation
The review considers how public reviews and business responses are presented and what a prospective customer may reasonably take from them.
The customer’s path
The review follows the public-facing path a customer may take to:
- understand the business;
- decide whether it appears trustworthy;
- contact the business;
- book;
- request a quote;
- or take the next appropriate step.

Branded Online Presence Review report
You receive a downloadable PDF report containing:
- an executive summary;
- the approved scope and known limitations;
- a current-state overview;
- documented findings;
- supporting examples where useful;
- priority ratings;
- practical recommendations.
Prioritized action plan
Recommendations are organized into three levels:
- Priority 1 — Address first
- Priority 2 — Improve next
- Priority 3 — Consider later
Where appropriate, the report also identifies whether:
- the business may be able to handle the action internally;
- a third-party specialist may be required;
- Baker Online Services could address it under a separate agreement;
- further investigation is needed before deciding what to do.
Remote review meeting
The service includes one remote meeting of up to 60 minutes to walk through the report and clarify the findings.
The meeting does not include live editing or implementation in your website, Google Business Profile, or other systems.
Seven-day clarification period
After the review meeting, you have seven calendar days to email questions requesting reasonable clarification of the existing findings.
This period also allows one client submission identifying factual corrections.

After the review
Your options after the assessment
Implementation is separate
The review identifies and prioritizes improvements but does not include making those changes. Afterward, you may address recommendations internally, work with another provider, request a separate proposal, or choose not to proceed.
View implementation options and boundaries
After the review, you may work with an existing provider, hire an appropriate specialist, request a separate implementation proposal from Baker Online Services, or discuss Online Business Support when that service fits the need.
Purchasing the review does not obligate you to hire Baker Online Services for implementation or Online Business Support.
Baker Online Services is also not obligated to offer or accept every recommended implementation project.
$250 implementation credit
If Baker Online Services accepts qualifying implementation work, a $250 credit may be applied to the separately approved project. The review remains a paid standalone service.
View implementation-credit conditions
The credit does not convert the Online Presence Review into free discovery. Baker Online Services is not obligated to accept implementation work, and not every implementation project qualifies.
A $250 implementation credit may be applied when all of the following conditions are met:
- you sign an eligible Baker Online Services implementation agreement within 30 calendar days after the review meeting;
- the implementation project has a minimum value of $2,000;
- the credit is applied to the final implementation invoice;
- the credit is not combined with another promotional or founding-client discount unless specifically approved.
The credit has no cash value.
